Set up your shop
Add shop name, contact, WhatsApp, address and branding from Shop Settings.

Register the customer
Create the customer profile with phone, address, NID and guarantor/contact details.

Add the financed device
Enter brand, model and IMEI. The system creates an Activation Code for this sale.

Enroll mguardapp
On a supported Android device, complete the consent-based managed-device setup, enter the Activation Code, then verify Online/Active status.

Create the EMI plan
Set total price, down payment, duration and start date to generate the installment schedule.

Collect, track & manage
Record collections, monitor overdue installments and use authorized managed-device controls only for enrolled devices.

Release after full payment
After all finance is paid, confirm unlock and complete management release/handover so the customer's device leaves shop management.
Important:
IMEI is used to identify/reference a device. IMEI alone cannot remotely control a phone; the device must be legitimately enrolled in the mguardapp managed-device flow.
